We use an outside company to process orders. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Service Providers

We partner with other third parties to provide specific services. For example, Spy Parent utilizes drop shipping for customers to expedite shipping time and lessen the customer's wait on orders. Customers names, address, and telephone numbers are supplied in order to provide shipping. No billing information is ever exchanged with these third party service providers. Information, such as credit card numbers, is never given to these separate entities. These third parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of shipping.

Credit Card Transactions

The Checkout and Credit Card processing functions of this site are handled through a third party (2checkout), and all other policies regarding our website also apply to this process as well. The checkout process is conducted in a secure environment using SSL encryption to protect the data stream between your browser and the processing server. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Disclosure

We may use or disclose Personal Information without your consent in certain circumstances:

• If we are required by law or by an order or requirement of a court, administrative agency, or other government entity, or by court rules concerning the production of records;
• If we have reasonable grounds to believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, privacy, property, or safety of our users or others;

Spy Parent Return Policy

RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer, or if the product has a manufactures defect. Which, in both cases, the product(s) will be repaired or replaced accordingly and RETURNED to the customer. All returns for damage or defects must be authorized by Spy Parent, LLC before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging.

All returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and the product(s) must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). Special exceptions for returning your order may be made on a CASE-BY-CASE basis. We will NOT accept returns because the product is "too big", "too small", "does not fit in with the area", etc.

In the event we do authorize a return, Spy Parent, LLC will replace the product(s) or process a refund at Spy Parent, LLC discretion. Refunds will be issued as in store credit for future purchases. NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from Spy Parent, LLC.

A Spy Parent, LLC representative must authorize the return, and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Spy Parent LLC.

When returning the product(s), Spy Parent, LLC requires that the customer use a shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, also insuring the package for the full value of the product(s). Using these methods will ensure safe delivery to Spy Parent, LLC . It is NOT recommended to ship the package via regular US Mail. Please notify Spy Parent LLC with the tracking number or delivery confirmation number once the package has shipped.
